I​t's time to look at IR35 beyond April and being open and aware of how you want to drive activities in the future. Just because a role has been deemed inside of IR35 doesn't mean it has to be inside in the future.

In the coming years, there will be a very clear delineation between being inside or outside of #IR35. Master service agreements, statements of work and service-driven contracts are the best way to define, measure, track, and ensure accountability throughout the whole supply channel. 

Did you know that if you are a small company you may be IR35 exempt? If you meet 2 of the following criteria the determination of whether you are inside or outside falls to the contractor.

• Revenue less than 10.3 million
• Balance sheet less than 5 million
• Employees less than 50
